Click on "Order History." Find your order and click "Request Return."

STEP 3

Select the items you want to return. Choose a reason for the return.

STEP 4

Click the "Request Return" button.

RETURNS

  • You may return your item(s) bought online within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • All items must be in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-refundable, including cosmetics, underwear and accessories.
  • To initiate a refund, you will need to submit a return request and follow the steps presented on our website.

  • We will collect the return within three working days. Once we receive the item(s), they will go through our quality check process, which takes up to 24 hours.
  • All Cash-On-Delivery refunds will be issued as Store Credit within 24 hours, after your items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 10 days to reflect on your bank account.
